Ghost Tears is a single-player strategic word game where you face off against clever AI opponents in a battle of brains, bluffing, and vocabulary.

The rules are simple... until they’re not:

🎮 How to Play

• Players take turns adding one letter at a time to build a word fragment.

• You must not complete a valid word—if your fragment becomes a full word from the dictionary, you lose a life.

• You must build toward a real word—if your fragment can't possibly be extended into a valid unused word, you’re bluffing, and can be challenged.

• If challenged, you’ll have to reveal a real, unused word that starts with the current fragment. Fail to do so? You lose a life.

• The dictionary is local, and every word can only be used once per match.

💀 How You Lose

• Each player (including you and the AIs) starts with 10 lives.

• Lose a life by:

  • Completing a valid word.

  • Failing a challenge.

  • Running out the timer on your turn.

• Once you lose all 10 lives, you’re eliminated.

The last ghost standing wins.
